Harland announce new innovative VRS system

The Sirus VRS incorporates a new Vertical Roller Stabilizer Module and is designed for fast high tolerance wraparound applications without compromizing quality or output. The technology has been developed to accommodate the needs of the Pharmaceutical and Personal Care industries.

In short, products are supported by three point contact between two vertical rollers and a wide belt wraparound during label applications. Through this, the VRS can achieve 360 degrees label applications at speeds of 300 per minute and a line speed of 25 metres per minute. The result is a high-speed, highly accurate application with a greatly improved skew tolerance, and it will maintain this quality of application regardless of container stability.

The Beauty of the VRS is that is has been designed specifically so that changeover times are quick and easy, therefore, making it very user-friendly.
